Chasing Me , Chasing You

Well as you have read in my previous post that i have joined the CCA Track and Field in the event of a sprinter- Well to me sprinting requires many skills. Example
 Fast reaction timing- This you must be Alert. Or you can try predicting when the whistle/gun 10 miliseconds is not little !

Stamina.- Yes Stamina. With it you can run even faster without feeling tired easily right?) And
 there are events which really require stamina+Speed.

Speed-Swinging your arms really helps your legs to move faster-
And Most important of all

Motivation- It can drive anyone forward and push them towards the finishing line. Make your leg move faster Bleh Yeah This actually really works- I have tried it and there is a big difference Just maybe say,
Slender man ish just behind me x.x !

Once im at the finishing  line I'm gonna win a trophy! LOL kays i'm lame :x !

Actually whenever you feel tired. Just drift out-Day dream. Your legs and hands will still be moving but you wont feel so much of the pain. That's what i do-
